FAQ’s
- Will there be any side-activities for the family?
The Danish Canoe & Kayak Federation are celebrating their 100th anniversary this year and we’ll celebrate it with a “Splash”. The whole family will be able to try-out all different types of outdoor activities like zip lining over a lake, there will be a giant swing, we have a huge slope you can sled down, you can try prusik climbing, ergometer competitions and much more.
Besides that you can take a stroll through the woods and try the “wet element” yourself at the other side of the lake in an area we call “The Box”. Here you will be able to take canoe, kayak or stand up paddle board courses and much more.

- Parking – Parking options and accessibility
There is not much space for parking for spectators. On the other hand, there is EXACTLY one kilometer from the closest train station Skovbrynet Station to where the activities start. The goal is to create as sustainable an event as possible, so therefore we also hope that our spectators will support taking the train or bus.
Here’s a map of the parking areas around Lake Bagsværd.
