Dansk Kano og Kajak Forbund (DKF) er hovedorganisation for kano- og kajakidrætten i Danmark. DKF rummer alle aktiviteter, hvor udøveren ser i sejlretningen og benytter en pagaj, grønlandsåre eller paddel til at bevæge fartøjet fremad.
Forbundet er medlem af Danmarks Idræts-Forbund, European Canoe Association og International Canoe Federation. Dets formål er at virke for kano- og kajakidrættens fremme og at virke for forståelse for og udbredelse af hensynet til miljøet og naturen. Forbundet optræder som fællesorganisation over for myndighederne og offentligheden. Forbundet er øverste myndighed for Euro Paddle Pass i Danmark.
For at DKF kan virke for dette formål, er vi nødt til at have viden om danske SUP, kano og kajakklubber, herunder medlemmerne i de danske SUP, kano og kajakklubber og andre der benytter vores uddannelsessystem (IPP).
DKF indsamler derfor en række personoplysninger om dig hos den klub/udbyder/skole, som du er relateret til som medlem, elev, kursist, frivillig eller som ansat. Nedenfor kan du læse mere om, hvilke personoplysninger vi registrerer om dig, hvad vi bruger personoplysningerne til samt dine rettigheder i forhold til vores registrering og brug af dine personoplysninger. Hvis du bliver optaget på et af DKF’s landshold eller elitetrupper, eller bliver DKF frivillig, vil vi indsamle nogle yderligere personoplysninger – se tillige nedenfor.
Det er vigtigt for os at understrege, at vi alene behandler dine personoplysninger til brug for ovenstående formål. Vi videresælger aldrig oplysninger om dig til andre, ligesom vi ikke udleverer dine personoplysninger til andre end beskrevet i denne privatlivspolitik.
Oplysning om behandlingen af persondata om DKF’s ansatte gives samtidig med tilbud om ansættelse i DKF, dette er ikke omfattet af denne politik.

Formålet med behandlingen af dine personoplysninger
Dine personoplysninger behandles til følgende formål:
- registrering, udstedelse og fremsendelse af IPP-licens og dokumentation som førstehjælpsbeviser, logbog mm, der er nødvendig i den sammenhæng.
- udsendelse af magasinet Kano & Kajak
- afholdelse af tema- og årsmøde, regionalmøder og lignende konferencer, kurser og event afholdt af DKF
- kontakt til dig om relevante forhold for kano- & kajakroere.
- kontakt til klubansatte, klub frivillige og de af klubben oplyste kontaktpersoner med informationer/services
- turneringsplanlægning og -afvikling
- brug af situationsbilleder taget i og omkring kano- og kajak aktiviteter.
- registrering og offentliggørelse af udemærkelser og sportsresultater.
- opbevaring af oplysninger med historisk værdi til statistik og historiske formål – som fx danmarksmestre eller lign.
- oplysninger om forældre/værge/kontaktperson til børn og unge under 18 år af hensyn til kontaktmuligheder
- planlægning, afholdelse og kontakt vedrørende DKF kurser og events (dette sker kun, såfremt du tilmeldes en DKF aktivitet)
- optimering af DKF’s hjemmeside, idet vi ved brug af cookies på hjemmesiden opsamler personoplysninger.
- udsendelse af nyhedsbreve
- for at kunne supportere dig som spiller/udøver på DKF’s landshold og elitetrupper
- for at kunne supportere dig som DKF frivillig
- rådgivning og vejledning af DKF-klubberne, såfremt de kontakter os med en konkret sag vedrørende dig, eksempelvis forsikringsspørgsmål eller lignende
For det tilfælde, at du sender os en uopfordret ansøgning eller en ansøgning på baggrund af jobopslag, vil vi behandle de oplysninger, du selv har anført i din ansøgning med det formål at vurdere din ansøgning.
Kategorier af personoplysninger der behandles, herunder retsgrundlaget
Vi behandler personoplysninger på:
Medlemmer af DKF-klubber omfattende både børn og unge under 18 år samt voksne samt andre, der benytter vores uddannelsessystem og tilskuere ved DKF events, gæstende/udenlandske atleter/udøvere/trænere/ledere.
Som udgangspunkt behandler vi alene ”almindelige personoplysninger” i form af registrerings- og kontaktoplysninger som navn, køn, adresse, telefonnummer, fødselsdato, e-mailadresse samt DKF-relevante oplysninger som: funktion i DKF-klubben, Instruktør, official, træner og egenfærdigheder samt datoer og ændringsdatoer for alle oplysninger.
Eliteatleter på DKF’s landshold og elitetrupper:
Såfremt du bliver udtaget til DKF’s landshold og elitetrupper, registrerer vi yderligere en række oplysninger om dig til brug for deltagelse i turneringer, træningslejre og udvikling af dit talent og din karrierre.
De yderligere oplysninger vi behandler er:
- Paskopier (alene side med billede)
- Trænings- og testresultater
- Kropsmål til biometrisk viden samt til brug for uddeling af tøj
- atlet-relaterede målinger på fysik og teknik

Såfremt du melder dig som frivillig for DKF, vil vi ud over dine almindelige medlemsdata, vi får fra din klub, hvis nødvendigt tillige registrere:
- Tøjstørrelser til brug for uddeling af tøjpakke i det omfang det er relevant.
- CPR-nummer/børneattest, såfremt du har med unge under 15 år at gøre i dit hverv som frivillig.
- Nummerplade til brug for kørselsgodtgørelse
- Bankkonto
Jobansøgere:
Vi behandler og registrer alene de oplysninger, du selv har givet os i den ansøgning.
Retsgrundlag for behandlinger i DKF
Retsgrundlaget for vores behandling af dine personoplysninger følger af interesseafvejningsreglen i persondataforordningens artikel 6, stk. 1 (f). De legitime interesser, der begrunder DKF’s behandling af dine oplysninger, er 1) at DKF alene kan virke for fremme vores sport, såfremt vi har oplysninger og viden om de personer, som udøver sporten, 2) kun kan sende IPP-licenser, medlemsmagasin og lignende, når vi kender de nødvendige kontaktinformationer, 3) kun kan bistå eliteudøver med hjælp til rejser, spiludvikling, stævnedeltagelse m.v., såfremt vi har de fornødne oplysninger og 4) udlevere tøjpakke til relevante personer, såfremt vi har oplysninger om tøjstørrelse m.v. Retsgrundlaget for behandlingen af dit CPR-nummer som eliteatlet kræver udtrykkeligt samtykke fra dig. Retsgrundlaget for behandlingen af dit CPR-nummer/børneattest følger af Databeskyttelseslovens kapitel 3, jf. børneattestloven § 2, stk. 1.
Deling af dine persondata
Vi videregiver personoplysninger til følgende modtagere:
- Eksterne systemudbydere som assisterer DKF med eksempelvis kursusdrift, udstedelse af IPP-licenser, opbevaring af billeder, udsendelse af nyhedsbreve, pressemeddelelser og lign.
- Politiet når vi indhenter børneattester
- Rådgivere som DIF, advokater og revisorer såfremt der måtte anses nødvendigt.
- Appelinstanser i DIF og DKF, såfremt tvister opstår
- Offentlige myndigheder, når dette er påkrævet iht. til lov – f.eks. SKAT ved kørselsgodtgørelse o. lign.
- For atleter på DKF’s landshold og elitetrupper deles træningsresultater med træner i klub, kraftcenter, øvrige landsholdstrænere og andre persongrupper involveret i din udvikling som udøver.
- Andre DKF-medlemmer, der modtager lister med kontaktpersoner på eksempelvis deltagere i turnering, deltagere på kursus m.v.
Overførsel af persondata til modtagere i tredjelande
Som udgangspunkt overfører vi ikke dine data til lande udenfor EU/EØS.
DKF benytter sig af G Suite (google) til mail og dokumenthåndtering. Google apps lever op til Danmarks og EU regler på GDPR området.

Hvor får vi dine personoplysninger fra?
Personoplysningerne behandlet af DKF indhentes fra den klub, som du er medlem af eller fra dig selv, eller fra en skole eller udbyder, hvor du har taget et IPP-kursus.
Opbevaring af dine personoplysninger
Vi opbevarer dine personoplysninger så længe de er relevante for dig og DKF.
Såfremt vi måtte have et lovkrav om at opbevare længere, vil vi dog opbevare dine data, så længe det er relevant i forhold til disse regler/formål, eksempelvis bogføringsloven, forældelsesloven m.v. Herefter vil vi alene gemme dine persondata til brug for statistiske og historiske formål i overensstemmelse med persondataforordningens artikel 89.
Oplysninger fra jobansøgninger
Uopfordrede ansøgninger og ansøgninger, der ikke har ført til ansættelse, vil blive slettet senest 6 måneder efter, at det er blevet meddelt vedkommende, at DKF ikke kan tilbyde ansættelse, med mindre der er grund til at antage, at sagsanlæg vil ske. I sidstnævnte tilfælde vil oplysningerne blive gemt indtil det er afklaret, om sagsanlæg vil ske.
Dine rettigheder
Du har efter databeskyttelsesforordningen en række rettigheder i forhold til vores behandling af oplysninger om dig.

Ret til at se oplysninger (indsigtsret)
Du har ret til at få indsigt i de oplysninger, som vi behandler om dig samt en række yderligere oplysninger.
Ret til berigtigelse (rettelse)
Du har ret til at få urigtige oplysninger om dig selv rettet. Langt de fleste informationer retter du selv i ipaddle.dk
Ret til sletning
I særlige tilfælde har du ret til at få slettet oplysninger om dig, inden tidspunktet for vores almindelige generelle sletning indtræffer.
Ret til begrænsning af behandling
Du har i visse tilfælde ret til at få behandlingen af dine personoplysninger begrænset. Hvis du har ret til at få begrænset behandlingen, må vi fremover kun behandle oplysningerne – bortset fra opbevaring – med dit samtykke, eller med henblik på at retskrav kan fastlægges, gøres gældende eller forsvares, eller for at beskytte en person eller vigtige samfundsinteresser.
Ret til indsigelse
Du har i visse tilfælde ret til at gøre indsigelse mod vores ellers lovlige behandling af dine personoplysninger. Din indsigelse behandles af DIF’s og DKF’s appel instanser.
Ret til at transmittere oplysninger (dataportabilitet)
Du har i visse tilfælde ret til at modtage dine personoplysninger i et struktureret, almindeligt anvendt og maskinlæsbart format samt at få overført disse personoplysninger fra én dataansvarlig til en anden uden hindring.

Revidering af privatlivspolitikken
Vi opdaterer denne privatlivspolitik, hvis der sker ændringer i den måde, som vi behandler dine persondata på. Ved ændringer vil datoen øverst i privatlivspolitikken blive ændret. Den til enhver tid gældende privatlivspolitik vil være tilgængelig på vores hjemmeside.

(This is the translated English version of the Privacy Policy for the Danish Canoe Federation).
The Danish Canoe Federation (DKF) is the main organization for canoeing and kayaking in Denmark. DKF contains all activities where the practitioner looks in the direction of sailing and uses a paddle or Greenland oar to move the vessel forward.
DKF is a member of the Danish Sports Association (DIF), the European Canoe Association, and the International Canoe Federation. Its purpose is to work for the promotion of canoeing and kayaking and to work for an understanding and dissemination of consideration for the environment and nature. DKF acts as a joint organization to the authorities and the public. The association is the highest authority for Euro Paddle Pass in Denmark.
In order for DKF to work for this purpose, we need to have knowledge of Danish SUP, canoe and kayak clubs, including the members of the Danish SUP, canoe and kayak clubs and others who use our education system (IPP).
DKF therefore collects a number of personal information about you from the club / provider / school that you are related to as a member, student, student, volunteer or as an employee. Below you can read more about what personal information we register about you, what we use the personal information for and your rights in relation to our registration and use of your personal information. If you are admitted to one of DKF’s national teams or elite squads, or become a DKF volunteer, we will collect some additional personal information – see also below.
It is important for us to emphasize that we only process your personal information for the purposes above. We never resell information about you to others, nor do we disclose your personal information to anyone other than as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information about the processing of personal data about DKF’s employees is given at the same time as an offer of employment in DKF, this is not covered by this policy.

DKF, together with your club / provider / school, is responsible for the processing of the personal data that we have received from you, and we ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the law.

The purpose of processing of your personal data
Your personal information is processed for the following purposes:
- registration, issuance and submission of IPP license and documentation such as first aid certificates, logbook etc., which is necessary in that context.
- issue of the magazine Kano & Kajak
- hosting conferences, annual meetings, regional meetings, and similar workshops, courses, and events hosted by DKF
- contact you about relevant matters for canoe & kayakers.
- contact to club employees, club volunteers, and the contact persons provided by the club with information / services
- tournament planning and execution
- use of situation pictures taken in and around canoeing and kayaking activities.
- registration and publication of awards and sports results.
- storage of information with historical value for statistics and historical purposes – such as Danish champions or similar.
- information about parents / guardians / contact person for children and young people under the age of 18 for contact opportunities
- planning, execution, and contact regarding DKF courses and events (this only happens if you register for a DKF activity)
- optimization of DKF’s website, as we collect personal information by using cookies on the website.
- sending out newsletters
- supporting you as part of the DKF’s national team athletes and/or the DKF’s elite community
- Supporting you as a DKF volunteer
- advising and guiding of the DKF clubs, if they contact us with a specific case concerning you, for example insurance issues or the like
- In the event that you send us an unsolicited application or an application based on job postings, we will process the information you have provided in your application for the purpose of assessing your application.
Categories of personal data processed, including the legal basis
We process personal information on:
Members of DKF clubs including both children and young people under the age of 18 as well as adults and others who use our education system and spectators at DKF events, international athletes/coaches/managers.
We only process “ordinary personal information” in the form of registration and contact information such as name, gender, address, telephone number, date of birth, e-mail address, and DKF-relevant information such as: function in the DKF club, Instructor, official, coach and skills as well as dates and the changing of dates for all information.
Elite athletes on DKF’s national team and elite teams:
If you are selected for DKF’s national team and elite teams, we will register a number of additional information about you for use in participation in tournaments, training camps, and the development of your talent and career.
The additional information we process are:
- Passport copies (image page only)
- Training and test results
- Body measurements for biometric knowledge as well as for clothing sizes
- Athlete-related measurements in physics and engineering
- Photo and video recordings
- Education
- Number plate for use in travel allowance
- Tournament results and rankings
- Training records, development, and tournament plans
- Information on scholarship receipt for its administration
- Bank account
- CPR number for use in tax reporting
- Contact information for your parents / guardians / contact person who assists you in relation to your participation in DKF’s national team and elite team
DKF volunteers:
If you register as a volunteer for DKF, we will, in addition to your regular membership data, we receive from your club, if necessary, also register:
- Clothing sizes for use in distributing clothing packages to the extent relevant.
- CPR number / police certificate, if you are dealing with young people under the age of 15 in your job as a volunteer.
- Number plate for use in travel allowance
- Bank account
Job applicants:
We only process and register the information you have given us in that application.
Legal basis for treatments in DKF
The legal basis for our processing of your personal data follows “interesseafvejningsreglen i persondataforordningens artikel 6, stk. 1 (f)” . The legitimate interests that justify DKF’s processing of your information are 1) that DKF can only work to promote our sport if we have information and knowledge about the persons who practice the sport, 2) can only send IPP licenses, member magazines and similar, when we know the necessary contact information, 3) can only assist elite athletes with help with travel, game development, event participation, etc., if we have the necessary information and 4) hand out clothing packages to relevant persons, if we have information about clothing size, etc. The legal basis for the treatment of your CPR number (social insurance number) requires the express consent of you. The legal basis for the processing of your CPR number / police certificate follows from Chapter 3 of the Data Protection Act, cf. “børneattestloven § 2, stk. 1.”
Sharing your personal data
We pass on personal information to the following recipients:
- External system providers who assist DKF with, for example, course operation, issuance of IPP licenses, storage of images, distribution of newsletters, press releases and the like.
- The police when we obtain police certificates.
- Advisers such as DIF, lawyers, and auditors if deemed necessary.
- Legal bodies in DIF and DKF in the event of disputes
- Relevant authorities when required by law – e.g. Revenue Denmark for travel allowance and the like.
- For athletes on DKF’s national team and elite teams, training results are shared with the coach in the club, “kraftcenter”, other national team coaches and other groups of people involved in your development as an athlete.
- Other DKF members who receive lists with contact persons for, for example, participants in tournaments, participants in courses, etc.
Transfer of personal data to recipients in third countries
As a rule, we do not transfer your data to countries outside the EU / EEA.
DKF uses G Suite (google) for mail and document management. Google apps comply with Denmark’s and EU rules in the GDPR area.

Where do we get your personal information from?
The personal information processed by DKF is obtained from the club of which you are a member or from yourself, or from a school or provider where you have taken an IPP course.
Retention of your personal information
We store your personal information as long as it is relevant to you and DKF.
Should we have a legal requirement to store the data longer, we will, however, store your data as long as it is relevant in relation to these rules / purposes, for example the Accounting Act, the Limitation Act, etc. Thereafter, we will only store your personal data for statistical and historical purposes in accordance with Article 89 of the “Persondataforordningens artikel 89”.
Information from job applications
Applications that have not led to employment will be deleted no later than 6 months after the person in question has been notified that DKF cannot offer employment, unless there is reason to believe that legal action will be taken. In the latter case, the information will be stored until it is clarified whether legal action will be taken.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you.

Right to view information (right of access)
You have the right to access the information we process about you as well as a number of additional information.
Right to rectification (correction)
You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected. However, the vast majority of information you correct yourself in ipaddle.dk.
Right to delete
In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our general deletion occurs.
Right to limitation of treatment
In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may in future only process the information – other than storage – with your consent, or for the purpose of establishing, enforcing or defending legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.
Right to object
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data. Your objection is being processed by DIF’s and DKF’s appeal bodies.
Right to transmit information (data portability)
In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have this personal information transferred from one data controller to another without hindrance.

Complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency if you are dissatisfied with the way we process your personal data. You will find the Data Inspectorate’s contact information at www.datatilsynet.dk.
Revision of the privacy policy
We will update this Privacy Policy if there are any changes in the way we process your personal data. In the event of changes, the date at the top of the Privacy Policy will be changed. The privacy policy in force at any time will be available on our website.
